Job Summary: Operates imaging devices, ECG units, laboratory, and radiation survey instruments to perform nuclear medicine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform scintigraphic scans (55%)
• Manipulate images and conduct studies (25%)
• Prepare and store radioactive/non-radioactive materials (5%)
• Conduct quality control and equipment maintenance (5%)
• Consult with physicians, review images (5%)
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals under physician supervision (3%)
• Communicate with and support patients (2%)

Qualifications: Associate's Degree, certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT or ARRT), valid radiologic license, BLS certification, and experience with nuclear medicine procedures.
