Nuclear Medicine Tech (Nuclear Medicine Technologist #)

Rapides Regional Medical Center seeks a Nuclear Medicine-Rad Tech to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and advanced equipment. In this role, you will prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate nuclear imaging systems, and ensure accurate image acquisition to support diagnosis and treatment. You will follow strict radiation safety and infection control standards, verify patient identity, explain procedures, and monitor patient comfort and responses.

As part of a compassionate, team-focused environment, you’ll collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, document results in the EHR, and participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement to support excellent patient care and community health.
