As a Nuclear Medicine Specialist, you will work under the guidance of the Department Director and Lead Technologist, collaborating closely with radiologists, cardiologists, and other physicians. Your role will involve performing diagnostic and therapeutic radionuclide-based procedures and ensuring adherence to department and regulatory standards for patients of all ages. Additionally, you will serve as a representative for patients, their families, and the medical team, participate in quality control efforts, and join the on-call schedule to meet department needs.

Required Qualifications:
• Completion of a nuclear medicine technology program accredited by the American Medical Association.
• Upon hire: National Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board) or National Registered Technologist - Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Upon hire: California Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a hospital-based nuclear medicine environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The pay range for this position starts at $55.15 and can go up to $70.62, based on relevant experience. Additional compensation may be available, including differential pay for shifts, standby/on-call, overtime, and incentives.
