As a Graduate Nurse Resident, you will receive mentorship and guidance from experienced nurses, educators, and peers, ensuring a smooth transition from academic study to professional practice.

The RN Resident will provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to departmental requirements and nursing standards. Working alongside medical professionals, you will deliver compassionate care, advocate for patients and their families, and support positive patient experiences.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Conducting patient assessments upon admission and during shifts, identifying any status changes.
• Performing procedures and administering treatments as directed by medical providers while documenting care accurately.
• Administering medications and monitoring patients for therapeutic responses, responding promptly to any issues.
• Offering exceptional support by anticipating and resolving patient needs proactively.
• Educating patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Qualifications Needed:
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within the first year of employment.
• Valid Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse status in the state.
• No prior experience required.
• Willingness to travel for training if necessary.
