Job Description
The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) is seeking a tenure-track faculty member in neuro-oncology for its Department of Neuroscience and Hollings Cancer Center (HCC). This role is part of a strategic expansion in neuroscience and cancer research, focusing on cutting-edge approaches to understand, detect, or treat nervous system cancers, particularly glioblastoma, and investigations into brain mechanisms and novel therapeutics related to cancer. The successful candidate will join an expanding neuro-oncology research program and receive a competitive start-up package.

• HCC also represents a selected list of national cancer centers with its own CAR-T cell therapy program.
• The Department of Neuroscience and HCC enjoy multiple NIH T32 training grants and an outstanding research community with access to numerous shared core resources.
