Neuro ICU Registered Nurse - Days

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' neurological status and develop appropriate care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Work collaboratively with nursing colleagues to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or needs.
Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Support a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork within the Neuro ICU unit.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
