Perform advanced neurophysiological testing, including EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies
Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and results
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop treatment plans for patients based on test results
Educate patients and their families on the procedures and results of neurophysiological tests
Stay up-to-date on advancements in the field of neurophysiology and incorporate new techniques and technology into practice
Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures
Troubleshoot technical issues and make necessary adjustments during procedures
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members and students as needed
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Foster a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
