Marlfield Shipham Financial is hiring a Mid-Level Nephrology & Oncology Military Surgeon for Clinical Research in West Point, Clay County. This is a internship position.
What you will do
• Maintain equipment checks and report faults before they affect care.
• Contribute to service improvement projects on the ward or department.
• Participate in the on-call rota and cover colleagues when needed.
• Keep clinical records complete and contemporaneous for every episode of care.
• Take part in clinical audit and act on what the findings show.
• Contribute to discharge planning so patients leave with the support they need.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and lead resuscitation when required.
