Mid-Level Dermatology & Oncology Case Manager for Universities

Presham Seldon Care is hiring a Mid-Level Dermatology & Oncology Case Manager for Universities in Clive, Iowa. This is a temporary position.
What you will do
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate each patient's pathway.
• Apply evidence-based guidelines and note when a patient's case departs from them.
• Provide health education tailored to the patient in front of you.
• Support families through difficult decisions and end of life care.
• Maintain accurate stock levels of clinical consumables on the unit.
• Manage medicines safely, including controlled drug procedures.
• Administer prescribed treatment accurately and record every dose given.
