I'm hiring for a Microbiology/Molecular Laboratory Supervisor in Rhode Island!

The Micro/Molecular Lab Supervisor directs and controls the operations of the Microbiology and the Molecular laboratory including overseeing testing, instrumentation maintenance, staff training, competency assessment, proficiency evaluation, performance management and documentation; develops, engages, recognizes and supports technical and non-technical staff; manages department and individual performance by providing feedback and coaching to staff members; and more!

Location: Near Providence, RI

Type: Full-time and permanent

Shift: M-F, Days

Requirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experience, including microbiology + leadership

Pay: Discussed during interview!
