Responsibilities:Adhere to CCHO's statement of faith and code of conduct. TEAM first. Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan. Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client. Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily, or within 24 hours for billing purposes. Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities. INDCCHENCEThis position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug test, satisfactory reference checks (emails were previously sent to the 3 references listed on your application), as well as the completion of a satisfactory Department of Justice National Sex Offender search and Ohio Alleged Perpetrator Search, as required by our licensing agency.Candidates must be 21 or older to apply.
