The way mental health care is delivered today is outdated, one-size-fits-all, and out of reach for many of the people who need it most. Traditional therapy models fail to account for the unique experiences, cultural backgrounds, and identities of patients, leaving too many without the specialized care they deserve.





We are building a new standard of care, one that tailors therapy to the real needs of specific communities. Our vision is a mental health practice that genuinely understands the people it serves. We are a modern, patient-centered therapy practice, starting in Texas with plans to expand nationwide.





The Role

This is a hybrid role built around our Austin office near the UT campus. We are looking for clinicians in the Austin area who want the best of both worlds: dedicated in-person office space and team connection 2 to 3 days a week, plus the flexibility to see clients via telehealth the rest of the time. You set your own schedule and caseload.

Who We Are Looking For

Licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD), and associate-level clinicians under supervision (LPC-A, LMSW), who:

What You'll Do


- Provide high-quality therapy via telehealth and in person at our Austin office.
- Help shape our care model, sharing insights and ideas as we grow.
- Collaborate with a driven, mission-focused team that is rethinking how mental healthcare gets delivered.






Requirements


- Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD), or associate-level licensure (LPC-A, LMSW) with supervision.
- At least one year of clinical experience (associate-level applicants, we still want to hear from you).
- A genuine passion for innovative, patient-centered care.
- Comfortable with technology and teletherapy platforms.
- Based in the Austin area and excited to use our UT-area office as your home base.

Job Type: Contract (1099 independent contractor)

Pay: Competitive revenue split, above industry average

Schedule: Flexible. You set your own caseload and hours.

Location: Hybrid, Austin TX (near UT campus), with telehealth
