Role Overview
This position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Nurses develop and document personalized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs to tailor care effectively. The position requires working night shifts, participating in self-scheduling, and adhering to safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing
• RN licensure required
• No prior experience necessary; preferred candidates may have a Bachelor's degree and less than 2 years of experience
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work alertly and safely in a healthcare environment
Key Duties

• Participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and compliance
• Develop and communicate comprehensive care plans in collaboration with team members and patients
