Job Description
Role Overview
Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Develops and documents personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care settings.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Participates in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices.
Qualifications & Skills
• Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree, RN license, no prior experience necessary.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, less than 2 years of experience.
Additional Duties
• Modified self-scheduling in 6-week periods, working night shifts, every 3rd weekend and holiday.
• Orientation tailored to individual needs.
