Purpose of the role Build high-value scientific relationships with clinical leaders in Hematology, drive evidence-based education, prepare the environment for therapeutic innovations, and provide strategic insights for key decisions. This role is ideal for those who want to grow, lead, and innovate from day one, with direct impact on medical practice and on the J&J portfolio in Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
• Communicate robust scientific evidence and answer complex questions in peer-to-peer interactions.
• Accelerate the adoption of therapeutic innovations and accompany changes in clinical practice.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans and relationship building with key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with result-oriented internal teams.
• Identify research centers and support in recruitment activities.
• Lead educational sessions, medical events, and scientific programs.
• Capture relevant insights on trends, clinical needs, barriers, and competition.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in all interactions.
Requirements
• Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Sciences (MD/PhD/PharmD ideally).
• Required:
Solid ability to interpret and communicate scientific evidence.
• Commitment to full-time work dedication and career ambition within the company.
• Autonomy, discipline, and focus on results.
• Experience in research, teaching, or patient care.
• Digital competence and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility for fieldwork.
Availability to travel (35%).
Desirable:
• Experience with HCPs, project management, or lateral leadership.
• Valid US passport and visa.
• Other:
Intermediate to advanced English.
• Valid driver's license and driving experience for more than 3 years.
