Who We're Looking For:
• Passionate Advocate: You hold a deep commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge in Uro-Oncology/Bladder Cancer. You demonstrate this through building relationships with key opinion leaders and designing impactful educational programs.

Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and unbiased information on bladder cancer to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

• Build scientific and clinical relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to enhance research and educational opportunities.

• Support study protocols from development through completion for Phase IV and Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs).

• Deliver ongoing scientific support and training to sales and Corporate Account Managers (CAMs).

• Document and report adverse events to the appropriate personnel.

• Stay informed on medical and scientific developments in your therapeutic area.

• Report on competitive activities that may influence product usage.

• Develop and present scientific/educational programs, including formulary presentations for managed care organizations.

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and agency personnel in creating presentations and slide kits.

• Actively engage in advisory boards, training events, clinical investigator meetings, and key regional, national, and international conferences.

• Assist in medical education funding requests from the field.

• Participate in key medical and scientific conferences, staffing medical information booths, gathering competitive intelligence, and attending scientific sessions.

Requirements:
• A Doctorate degree (D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D) in biological sciences is required.

• At least 2 years of prior MSL experience is essential.

• Experience in Uro-Oncology, Urology, or Oncology is required.

• Proficient in applying technical expertise to varied situations.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Strong understanding of FDA and OIG regulations, clinical trial design, and statistics.

• Exceptional teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse professionals.

• Excellent networking abilities and confidence in peer-level interactions with senior experts.

• Strong critical data analysis skills.

• Commitment to staying current with scientific literature.

• High emotional intelligence to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• Serve as a primary field medical contact for the organization.

Physical Requirements:
• Field-based role requiring travel of 60% or more.

• Midwest Territory: North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin.

Our Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary for this role ranges from $174,900 to $200,000, reflective of experience, education, and work location, with additional incentive compensation based on performance. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, a 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, sick time, vacation time, and paid holidays. Parental leave is also provided after a minimum employment period.
