Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Providing accurate and unbiased responses to healthcare professionals regarding bladder cancer.
• Building scientific and clinical relationships with key opinion leaders to promote research and educational efforts in Uro-Oncology and Bladder Cancer.
• Supporting studies through protocol development and completion for Phase IV and Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs).
• Offering ongoing field scientific support and training for sales and Corporate Account Managers (CAMs).
• Documenting adverse events and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel.
• Staying updated with medical and scientific advancements in your assigned therapeutic area.
• Reporting competitive activities that could impact product usage.
• Developing and delivering educational programs, including formulary presentations for managed care organizations.
• Assisting Medical Affairs with the creation of presentations and slide kits.
• Participating in advisory boards, speaker training, clinical investigator meetings, and scientific conferences.
• Processing field requests for medical education funding.
• Staffing medical information booths at key conferences and gathering competitive insights.
What You Need to Succeed:
• A Doctorate degree (D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D) in biological sciences.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison.
• Experience in Uro-Oncology, Urology, or Oncology is required.
• Strong technical expertise and an ability to apply it to unique situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A solid understanding of FDA and OIG requirements, along with clinical trial design and statistics.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to build relationships with diverse colleagues.
• Effective networking skills to interact confidently with senior experts.
• Critical data analysis abilities.
• A commitment to staying current with scientific literature.
• High emotional intelligence for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to represent Ferring as a primary field medical contact.
Physical Requirements:
• This is a field-based role requiring a willingness to travel 60% or more of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $174,900 to $200,000, accompanied by additional annual incentive compensation based on performance. Our diverse benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage, a 401k plan with company match, paid parental leave, and generous vacation and sick time.
