Job Description
Responsibilities
• Engage in peer‑to‑peer scientific dialogue with Regional/National Thought Leaders and HCPs within a defined geography to translate science into patient care.
• Capture medical insights; serve as a clinical/scientific advisor to cross‑functional partners and align interactions with enterprise/medical strategies.
• Conduct pre‑/peri‑launch and lifecycle‑focused medical engagement; provide educational dialogue and share relevant clinical evidence per field medical plan.
• Develop trusted relationships with oncology Thought Leaders (proactive/reactive; 1:1, group, virtual).
• Provide real‑time medical support for unsolicited HCP questions (in person and via Medical on Call).
• Collaborate with medical societies, PAGs, and guideline committees; train external speakers.
• Support clinical trials: provide recommendations on study feasibility; liaise with large accounts on trial access/equity; lead evidence read‑outs; support interventional and non‑interventional research and ISR processes; ensure pharmacovigilance procedures are applied and report adverse events.
Required Qualifications
• MD, PharmD, PhD, APP, PA, or NP; experience in a disease area or broad medical/pharmaceutical background.
• Scientific/clinical research environment experience (field medical expertise preferred).
• Deep understanding of TL environment and needs.
• Strong oncology experience.
• Understanding of clinical trial design/process, scientific publications, and healthcare access environment.

Compensation and Benefits: Field US: $168,220–$203,837; benefits include medical/dental/vision, wellbeing support, 401(k), disability/life/other insurance; paid time off (flexible time off/unlimited with manager approval for US exempt employees or 160 hours vacation for certain roles) and other eligible leave options.
