You will identify key stakeholders with influence on the patient journey, plan Medical Engagements (MEs) and Key Accounts aligned to medical strategy, and identify opportunities for partnership with academic centers, centers of excellence, and systems of care. Clinical trial support for company-sponsored trials, cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Clinical Operations colleagues, and regular interaction with internal colleagues (e.g., HEOR, access, marketing, commercial, sales) are expected as part of a One Novartis approach.
Administrative responsibilities must be completed in a timely manner, including profiling core customers and ensuring up-to-date information in CRM systems (e.g., Veeva CRM), voicemail, e-mail, expense reports, and compliance modules.
