What We're Looking For:

Your Responsibilities:
• Present accurate, unbiased, and timely information about bladder cancer to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
• Establish scientific and clinical relationships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to expand research and educational opportunities.
• Support studies from protocol and budget development through to submission and completion for Phase IV and Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs).
• Provide ongoing field scientific support and training for sales teams and Corporate Account Managers (CAMs).
• Document and report adverse events to the appropriate personnel.
• Stay current with medical and scientific developments within your therapeutic area.
• Proactively monitor competitive activities and events that may influence the use of our products.
• Develop and deliver scientific and educational programs, including formulary presentations for managed care organizations.
• Assist Medical Affairs and agency personnel in creating presentations and slide kits.
• Actively participate in advisory boards, speaker training events, and meetings at regional, national, and international levels.
• Support medical education funding requests from the field.
• Engage in key medical and scientific conferences, staffing information booths, gathering competitive intelligence, and attending scientific sessions.

Requirements:
• Doctorate degree (D.V.M., M.D., Ph.D., or Pharm.D.) in biological sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous MSL experience.
• Experience in Uro-Oncology, Urology, or Oncology as a practicing MSL is highly preferred.
• Ability to apply technical expertise in diverse situations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of FDA and OIG requirements, clinical trial design, and statistics.
• Strong teamwork skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Networking skills with confidence to engage with senior experts.
• Critical data analysis capabilities.
• Commitment to staying updated on scientific literature.
• High emotional intelligence for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Act as a primary field medical contact representing Ferring.

Physical Requirements:
• This is a field-based role with a willingness to travel 60% or more of the time.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $127,530 to $236,841, reflecting the competitive nature of the role, and actual pay may vary based on experience, skills, and location. Additionally, we offer an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
