Join Our Radiation Oncology Team

We are seeking skilled and motivated Medical Physicists to join our growing Radiation Oncology centers. Positions offer the opportunity to work with advanced treatment technologies in a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to delivering high-quality cancer care.

Position Summary

Medical Physicists will support the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy through treatment planning, quality assurance, equipment calibration, and collaboration with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and therapists.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and quality assurance of linear accelerators and radiation therapy equipment

• Support treatment planning and dosimetry processes

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

• Participate in commissioning and implementation of new technologies and procedures

• Provide physics support for IMRT, VMAT, SBRT, SRS, and brachytherapy programs

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams to optimize patient care

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Medical Physics or related field

• Board certification or board eligibility in Therapeutic Medical Physics

• Experience in radiation oncology physics preferred

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Familiarity with modern treatment planning systems and QA software

Preferred Experience
· Linear accelerator commissioning

· Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT)

· Adaptive radiation therapy workflows

· Experience with Eclipse, Mosaiq, Aria, or similar systems
