In this case providers service that week would end on Fri at 4:30 PM· Patients per day: Consult services may vary. 22-25. Support Staff: 2 MDs and 2 APPs with pagers. No APP on weekends· EMR: Epic· Hospital bed size: 540· Special procedures: Malignant Hematology Required· Skills required: Medical Oncology and Infusion Coverage required Practice Setting:• Hospital• Infusion Center• Outpatient Requirements:Malignant Hematology Required· Board Certification: Hematology Oncology both Required· License required: MN license IMLC accepted· DEA: Required· Certifications required: BLS Credentialing Timeframe: 60 – 90 days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
