What You ll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients with breast cancer or breast-related conditions Conduct evaluations, follow-up visits, and ongoing symptom management Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary oncology teams to support treatment plans Practice with a high level of independence while maintaining access to physician support Apply sound clinical judgment to complex patient cases in a fast-paced but structured environment Maintain thorough, timely documentation within the electronic medical record Serve as a consistent clinical presence for patients throughout their care journey Schedule &

Work Environment ~ Monday Friday schedule ~ Clinic hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM ~100% outpatient, in-office role What We re Looking For Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State Master s degree from an accredited NP or PA program Prior experience as an APP in breast oncology, oncology, or breast surgery Strong clinical confidence, independence, and decision-making skills Professional, reliable, and comfortable working within established clinical processes Patient-centered approach with excellent communication skills Compensation &
