We are seeking a Medical Oncologist for a locum tenens position in DuBois, PA. This is an outpatient clinic and inpatient consult opportunity with no call required. Please see below for more information.

EMR: ONCO (clinic) / Cerner (hospital)

Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and stage cancer; develop and implement treatment plans including chemotherapy and immunotherapy

Handle new referral patients including both oncology and hematology

Provide inpatient consults

See approximately 12–15 patients per day

Manage an adult and geriatric patient population (18+)

Work with a comprehensive oncology team (nursing staff, nurse navigators, medical assistants, pharmacists)

Note: bone marrow biopsies are referred to IR
Qualifications: Board certified in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology

Active Pennsylvania medical license (IMLC considered)

ACLS
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p (5x8 day shifts, 30-min unpaid lunch)

No call required
