This role is for a Medical Oncologist providing outpatient care in a hospital-based clinic.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Managing a caseload of 15-18 adult patients daily in an outpatient setting.
• Providing clinical care during scheduled clinic days, typically Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Handling night call responsibilities via phone from 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Documenting all patient encounters and treatment plans accurately within the EPIC EMR system.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Active medical license in Indiana.
• Board certification is negotiable.
• Experience in outpatient oncology care preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a support team including an RN, MA, and APP.

This role involves on-site patient care, coordination of treatments, and providing high-quality outpatient oncology services with call coverage as part of the clinical duties.
