Job Description
At Trinity Health we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Oncology physician to join our multidisciplinary team to deliver truly patient-centered care. Our Cancer Center and health system is recognized as a regional leader and equipped with state-of-the-art technology while offering a supportive environment for professional growth and collaboration. Practice Info
• Established & Growing Cancer Program - Robust referral base with significant opportunity for continued growth
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration - Work alongside dedicated surgeons, radiation oncology partners, advanced practice providers, and an experienced infusion team
• Program Development Opportunities - Help expand subspecialty focus areas (breast, lung, GI, survivorship, clinical trials, etc.)
• Excellent Work-Life Integration - Predictable schedule, limited call, and supportive colleagues and leadership
• Modern Infrastructure - Updated and dedicated infusion suites, nurse navigation, and strong care coordination support
Compensation
• $890,000 to $900,000 / Year
• Competitive compensation paid at $900K base with no production cap
• Commencement and retention bonuses
• Sign-on, Retention, Relocation bonuses offered
• Loan Repayment: Yes

Requirements
• MD/DO who is BC/BE
• Valid medical license to practice in North Dakota
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available
