Job Title: Medical Oncology Physician
Location: Ephrata, PA
Employment Type: Full Time (1.0 FTE)
What You’ll Champion
Community-based general adult Hematology/Oncology practice (benign hematology, solid tumors, blood cancers)
Outpatient Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Facilities: 9 shared exam rooms; infusion and radiation on-site; embedded palliative care
Accredited & Collaborative: CoC accredited; partnership with Johns Hopkins and Maryland Proton Center
Team: Fully staffed – 2.5 Medical Oncologists, 1 PRN Medical Oncologist, 3.0 APPs. Currently supported by navigation, social work, dietary, research, and genetic counseling (hybrid model).
Volume & Call: 14-16 patients per day, shared call-coverage model to include inpatient consults and rounding (Hospitalists admit)
