AfterQuery is seeking Medical Experts to create and refine clinical reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate clinical scenarios — differential diagnoses, management decisions, guideline questions — that test an AI model’s ability to reason through medicine safely and accurately.

Responsibilities





- Develop clinical vignettes, diagnostic exercises, and management scenarios that challenge AI models
- Evaluate and validate model responses for clinical accuracy and evidence-based reasoning
- Collaborate with clinicians and technical experts to calibrate difficulty and specialty coverage





Required Qualifications





- MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree
- Clinical experience in practice, residency, or academic medicine
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills





Preferred Qualifications





- Board certification in any specialty
- Teaching, publication, or peer-review experience
- Familiarity with clinical AI applications is a plus
