Mechanical Engineer

MEP Project Manager NYC





Our client, a well-established NYC engineering consulting firm is seeking a
Junior MEP Project Manager with 3–5 years of experience in MEP design and existing-building projects.





What you’ll do:


- Support MEP projects from site inspections and design through construction administration
- Work with HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Assist with AutoCAD drawings, specifications, reports, bid reviews, and code compliance
- Attend client meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams






What we’re looking for:


- 3–5 years of relevant MEP experience
- Strong HVAC/mechanical background
- Familiarity with NYC building and MEP codes
- AutoCAD experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Self-directed, dependable, and collaborative
