Location: Washington D.C. (Q4 discreet sessions)
Compensation: $300K–$500K base + bonuses + equity/profit share

Role Description
We're seeking a lead Matchmaker to anchor The Lonely Bulls global concierge program - overseeing personalized introductions, applicant screening, and intimate experience design across primary West Coast hubs including Los Angeles and Las Vegas, to McLean/Langley & Washington D.C., extending to strategic summit destinations. This is a leadership-facing, relationship-centered role ideal for someone who blends high emotional intelligence, alternative lifestyle fluency, and discretion-driven excellence. You'll guide clients through pre-event vetting, manage the standby inventory, and orchestrate high-energy Bull Run sessions - supporting everything from a candidate's initial screening to high-ticket event pairing execution.
The role is especially well-suited to candidates with backgrounds in:
Curated matchmaking, lifestyle consulting, or luxury concierge services
Alternative relationship coaching, physical/somatic profiling, or values-aligned lifestyle pairings
Private club management, high-end hospitality, or UHNW lifestyle curation
You'll serve as the relational bridge between members and party guests - creating thoughtful, secure, and emotionally clear experiences for an elevated clientele.
Responsibilities
Cultivate client relationships through private consultations and 1:1 onboarding conversations in key hubs (e.g., Washington D.C., Las Vegas, NYC)
Oversee multi-stage member onboarding using TLB’s confidential protocols
Build trusted relationships with lifestyle professionals, somatic educators, and vetted applicants across communities
Coordinate private, zero-device after-hours tracks, including domestic and event-based logistics
Collaborate on bespoke 60-minute energetic sessions mapped directly to Chakra engagement stations with staff
Liaise with CVL Venture Labs and KFO Family Office leadership on strategic growth, monetization funnels, and concierge evolution
Ideal Background
Experience in private client services, lifestyle consulting, intimacy coaching, or luxury matchmaking
Strong ability to guide emotionally attuned connections between discerning individuals and couples
Comfortable operating in high-touch, zero-device environments that require strict counter-intelligence discretion and clear boundaries
