Marketing Director at BairesDev
We are seeking a Marketing Director to set the strategic direction of our marketing function and lead a team in delivering programs that accelerate growth. This role is responsible for aligning marketing strategy with business goals, overseeing all marketing activities, and building a high-performing team capable of executing at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Define and own the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals across disciplines including content, digital, and campaigns.
- Oversee the full marketing mix, including brand, demand generation, content, events, and partner marketing.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and sales to ensure marketing programs support pipeline and revenue targets.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and clear return on investment across initiatives.
- Establish reporting frameworks and present marketing performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in senior marketing roles with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- Strong strategic thinking with a track record of building and executing marketing programs that drive growth.
- Experience managing and developing marketing teams across multiple functions.
- Deep understanding of B2B or B2C marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
