Manufacturing Quality Inspector

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inspector/Packer to inspect, weigh, package, and sort medical molded plastic components. This role requires precision, strong manual dexterity, and adherence to quality standards in a
cleanroom environment.



Key Responsibilities


- Inspect product visually for defects using magnification tools.
- Assemble small parts manually using hand tools, fixtures, or equipment.
- Weigh, count, package, and label finished products accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Complete production records and work order documentation as needed.
- Use computer systems to enter production data and track inventory.




Qualifications


- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow procedures accurately.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Previous inspection or packing experience is desirable.




Physical Requirements & Work Environment


- Work is performed in a cleanroom environment.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, depending on assigned tasks.
- May need to occasionally move or lift objects up to 25 lbs.
- Operate machinery and use computer/touchscreen for work order data entry.




Travel Requirements


- Typically requires less than 5% travel.
