Manufacturing BRM Director

This executive leadership role acts as the vital strategic interface between Corporate IT and major manufacturing business units, blending high-level technology vision with deep operational execution.



The Role





- Strategic Alignment: Serve as the primary link between IT and plant leadership to shape, stimulate, and govern operational technology demand.
- Value Realization: Drive business case validation, track realized project value, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Portfolio Governance: Partner with the PMO and Enterprise Architecture to maintain portfolio health, mitigate risks, and build multi-year capability roadmaps.
- Enterprise Deployments: Own the executive narrative around major digital transformations, ensuring smooth ERP testing, plant cutovers, and user adoption.





What We’re Looking For





- Experience: 8+ years of BRM experience AND 8+ years managing people and large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
- Industry Expertise: 5+ years of strong experience in the manufacturing sector, with deep conceptual knowledge of manufacturing processes and Operational Technology (OT). Must have experience with a multi-site company with at least 1,000+ employees and some level of governance or structure.
- Tech Savvy: Proven track record implementing enterprise business solutions (SaaS and major ERP ecosystems), from process design through validation.
- Leadership: Exceptional diplomacy, executive presence, and the ability to champion change in a complex corporate structure.





Comp & Perks





- Salary: $140,000 – $213,000 base (DOE) + up to 20% annual performance bonus.
- Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid: 2 days telecommute/remote per week). Relocation assistance is available.
