Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist - Hospital
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scanners to capture high-quality diagnostic images of patients.
- Review and verify physician orders, patient history, and any contraindications (e.g., metal implants, pregnancy, or allergies to contrast agents).
- Maintain and calibrate MRI equipment, reporting any technical issues to the appropriate department.
- Document procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- NC License
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or completion of an accredited MRI technologist program.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI (ARRT-MR) or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Job details:
- Pay: $2,096.03 - $2,160.86 / week
- Location: HICKORY, NC
- Assignment Length: 13
- Shift: Day - up to 40.00 hours per week
- Setting: Hospital
- Workplace: On-site
