Role: Provide professional and technical physical therapy to patients in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, implement therapy, perform ongoing re-assessment, and manage discharge planning. Communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships, ensure accountability, seek continuous improvement, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, current Basic Life Support certification, valid Texas license or temporary license, and at least 1 year of licensed PT experience. Certified Lymphedema Therapist preferred.
