Locums Medical or Hematology-Oncology Physician

This role involves providing adult inpatient and outpatient oncology care with a focus on breast oncology expertise.

Key responsibilities include managing chemotherapy orders, participating in tumor boards, and teaching fellows and residents.

The schedule typically comprises 5-6 clinic sessions weekly, each lasting 4 hours, with a minimum of 4 days per week and call coverage approximately every 6-7 weeks, including weekends.

The position requires managing 6-7 patients per session and providing inpatient consults.

Qualifications include proven breast oncology experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to lead and educate others.

Additional duties involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality patient care.

Compensation ranges from $375.00 to $500.00 hourly, encompassing base pay and potential additional earnings.

Support services include credentialing, housing, travel arrangements, malpractice coverage, and a dedicated recruiter to handle details.
