Clinical Role

• ASAP start
• 3-4 month locums assignment
• Outpatient Hematology/Oncology coverage
• New and follow-up clinic visits
• Approximately 20+ patients per day
• Coverage needed due to provider shortage

Practice Setting & Support

• Outpatient setting
• Medical Assistant and administrative support provided
• Onco EMR

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certification required
• Hematology/Oncology fellowship required
• Active California license required
• BLS required
• DEA required for credentialing
• Clean background and malpractice history highly preferred
