### Requirements
• Board Certified Physician Assistant or NP

• Acute Care Certification (for IV therapy coverage)

• Active ME license or willingness to obtain

• Clean malpractice and license history

• Hematology/Oncology experience

• Epic experience

• NPDB self-query (within 30 days at presentation)

• Ability to provide travel origin details at submission
