• 4 x 10s, 5/5 off, or 10 on / 10 off schedule
• Clinic hours: M - F, 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Up to 8 - 12 patients per day
• Mostly solid tumor -- hem onc / benign hem cases also seen
• Outpatient setting -- infusion center included
• Active treatment evaluations and follow-up visits
• Hospital privileges required
