Locum Tenens Medical Oncologist

Seeking a specialized physician to provide locum tenens coverage with a focus on breast oncology. Responsibilities include

both inpatient consults and outpatient care
managing chemotherapy orders
participating in Tumor Boards
teaching and training fellows and residents
The role requires a minimum of
4 days/week, with 5-6 clinic sessions

each lasting 4 hours, and

call coverage approximately one week every 6-7 weeks, including weekends
The provider will see about 6-7 patients per session.

Qualifications include

expertise in breast oncology

and

competence in chemotherapy management
The position offers competitive hourly rates ($375.00 to $500.00),
paid malpractice insurance
