Assignment Details
• Start/end: Starts Sept. 28, ongoing until perm position is filled; first day is orientation 8a-3pm

• Schedule: Clinic M-F 8a-5p (1-hour lunch); 1st call M-F 8a-5p for symptom support and treatment management (forwards to MD if consult needed); beeper call, 30-min response; guaranteed 8 hours, OT after 10

• Coverage type: Scheduled clinical hours + call, outpatient and telehealth

• Volume: ~12 patients/shift

• Setting: Level 3 trauma, stroke certified; outpatient oncology

• Support: 3 RNs, 7 MAs, 3 PA/NPs, 6 office staff; assigned to a care team with an MD

• EMR: MediTech

• Credentialing: ~120 days; emergency credentialing available


Clinical Details
• Required scope: Outpatient hematology/oncology — on-treatment patients and follow-ups for surveillance/survivorship; 1st call for symptom support and treatment management

• Rounds on unassigned patients


Requirements
• Board certified or board eligible NP or PA

• License: MT or IMLC

• Active DEA


Compensation
• Rate negotiable, open to your number
