• 20 consults and 10 follow-ups per week -- 70 on-treats per week
• OTVs and reduced clinic schedule
• SRS and SBRT required
• Hospital privileges required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
