Job Requirements
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology (Oncology / Hematology-Oncology)
• Active and unrestricted medical license (Minnesota preferred)
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in Oncology or Hematology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary oncology team

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive oncology care in inpatient and outpatient settings as a treating oncologist
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of oncologic and hematologic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy oversight and supportive care
• Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, nurses, and other specialists to deliver coordinated care
• Participate in patient education, survivorship planning, and symptom management initiatives
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliant medical records
