• Lab & Xray onsite
• Physicians in Practice: 3
• Support Staff: MAs: 4, APPs: 3, Office Staff: 5-6
• 3 Oncology Clinic RNs, 6-7 Chemo infusion RNs
• Specialty Backup: Radiation Oncology
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Board: BC required (or BE within 3-5 years of residency)
• Licenses: Licensed in California
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient and inpatient hematology/oncology care.
• Manage chemotherapy and infusion treatments.
• Participate in weeknight and weekend beeper call (phone only).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a COC-accredited program.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR.
