MercyOne Des Moines AND MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Centers are looking for a locums Hematologist Oncologist to cover their needs!

Schedule:

Call Rotation: Night Call Monday-Friday after being onsite for Clinic during the day and 24 Hour Call the weekend before or after their scheduled weekCall is required anytime they are scheduled to be working Monday-Friday Patient Contact Hours: 6Clinic Days: 5Clinic Hours: 8a-5pProcedure/OR Days: 0On Call: Dependent on Locums/Part Time Providers NumberWest Des Moines coverage will only be inpatient. There is not an outpatient component right now.

Dates Needed Coverage: Facility needs coverage 4 days per week. 95 of coverage is outpatient. 5 of coverage is inpatient.

Provider will need to be able to cover these dates but site will try to be flexible too. Services offered in the practice Patient assessments new treatment plans ongoing treatment plans changes in therapy referral for ancillary services end of life care chemotherapy management pain management radiation and surgical oncology management provided by existing providers with strong relationships Bill Rates Needed for Submission: Malpractice: included in ratesOrientationHourly = 743Holiday HourlyNight Call = 964 to include 2 gratis hours Holiday Night Call24 Hour On Call= 5710 to include 4 gratis hours Holiday 24 Hour On CallCall Back = 1069Holiday Call BackConversion fee 25k rate cap Travel Reimbursement: Flights - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees.

No upgraded airfares or seat upgradesLodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay to include taxes and feesRental Car - 55/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class.
