Practice Setting: Outpatient-focused Oncology / Infusion Clinic
Coverage Type: Scheduled, No Call
EMR: Epic
Critical Access setting
Adult Level IV trauma designation
Compensation: Hourly - $140/hr.
Schedule
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Part-time coverage needed
Approximately 2-3 shifts per week
No call
4-hour orientation
Patient Population / Volume
All ages
Approximately 11-16 patients per day
Outpatient Hematology/Oncology population
Solid tumor malignancies
Hematologic malignancies and conditions requiring active management
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care
Manage patients with solid tumors
Manage patients with hematologic malignancies
Provide treatment follow-up and ongoing disease management
Collaborate with Hematologists/Oncologists
Coordinate with infusion teams
Work closely with nurse navigators and support services
Inpatient collaboration as needed
No specialized procedures beyond routine outpatient Hematology/Oncology services

High-acuity infusion treatments
Treatment monitoring and management
Clinical trial access for eligible patients
