Job Description
We are seeking a Locum Radiation Oncologist to provide specialized care in West Virginia.
Responsibilities: Perform standard radiation oncology procedures, manage a patient load of 15-17 cases daily, and work with advanced technologies such as CyberKnife SRS, Brachytherapy, IGRT, IMRT, and more. Collaborate with a healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care and adapt to a variety of radiation therapy techniques.
Qualifications: Board certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology, holding an active or eligible West Virginia medical license. Experience with Varian systems, GE CT/SIM, HDR, and on-board imaging is preferred.
Key Duties: Provide ongoing coverage Monday through Friday, with flexibility for full-time schedule blocks, and contribute to a supportive clinical environment. Licensing and privileging are supported, with an estimated timeline of 30-60 days.
Skills: Strong clinical expertise, proficiency with radiation oncology equipment and procedures, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
