• Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30

• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days

• General Requirements:


• Board Certification: BC in Medical Oncology

• License Required: PA

• DEA: yes

• CSR: Yes

• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS


• Special Procedures: No special procedures; if bone marrow biopsy is necessary patient can be referred to IR.

• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year


• Patient Population/Age: 18+

• Patients per day: 12-15
