Total hospital size 686 beds EMR: EPIC Practice Setting: o Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: PA or APP State license required: MN license DEA: NO Can do temp privs if background is clean! Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 08:00 - 16:30
