• Practice Setting: Outpatient

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

• Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 5:00

• Credentialing Timeframe: 35-45 days

• General Requirements:


• Board Certification: BC Hematology and Medical Oncology

• License Required: OH or IMLC

• DEA: yes


• Daily responsibilities: patient exams and treatment planning – chemo prescribing – documentation and billing

• Support Staff: Solo position

• Volume (patients per day): 14-18
